Microsoft Office Professional Plus is already installed on my laptop when I bought it, now it's asking me to activate it and enter a product key. I haven't exactly bought this product so I don't have it's packaging. Where do I find it's product key? Download is simply copying a file from outside of your computer ie from the internet or USB drive to your local computer.
Install is running a special file to setup your program so that it will run correctly in Windows. This typically means creating folders on the HD, and expanding compressed files into those various folders and creating many registry entries.
